The Shinelle Voilette Beanie is made by hand in New York from hand-embroidered Austrian glass crystal bow motif on 100% artisinal alpaca knit beret with silk veil. We recommend storing hats in their dust bag when not in use, and avoiding contact with water, perfume, hairspray, and other chemicals.
