We painstakingly hand-stitch artfully woven Swarovski crystals (1 1/4" wide) to a piece of ethereal, raw edged silk chiffon that frays gracefully with wear to create this show-stopping piece. Finished at the back with elastic our Encrusted on Chiffon is made to fit comfortably. The obvious choice would be to save this one for very special occasions, but its drama also makes it a delightfully unexpected selection for a simple ensemble of, say, distressed boyfriend jeans and a tee. featured in W, November 2009.
